Independent application-preparation service

Apply Singapore PR LLP is an independent private application-preparation service. We are not part of or affiliated with ICA or the Government of Singapore. Applicants may apply directly through ICA. ICA independently assesses and decides every application.

Free initial consultation

The initial consultation is free and carries no obligation to proceed. It is intended to understand your intended application and current preparation stage and to discuss the preparation service. Website information and the consultation do not constitute an ICA decision or assurance of eligibility, acceptance or approval.

Scope of the paid service

The service may include:

• A structured questionnaire and organised working folder.
• Review of the information and documents you provide.
• Identification of missing or inconsistent items.
• Coordination of relevant supporting records.
• Preparation of application information and a personalised cover letter where appropriate.
• Review of the saved ICA draft, declarations and uploaded documents.
• A final guided review and submission through your own ICA account.

You work directly with Alvin Foo throughout preparation.

Professional service fee

1. S$298 to begin: payable when you engage the service and preparation begins.
2. S$298 on submission day: payable when the completed ICA application is submitted.

The same professional fee applies to Singapore PR and Citizenship applications, whether applying individually or with eligible family members included in the same application.

ICA processing fees and other applicable third-party costs are separate.

The S$596 professional service fee stands on its own. Purchasing insurance, investments or any other financial product is not required to use this service.

Your responsibilities

• Provide truthful, accurate, current and complete information.
• Provide usable documents and promptly identify changes.
• Review every application detail, declaration and upload.
• Keep your Singpass password and OTP private.
• Use your own ICA account and make the final submission.
• Pay applicable ICA and third-party fees.

Missing, inaccurate, inconsistent or complex information may delay preparation or prevent an application from becoming submission-ready.

Fourteen-day target

Where all required information and usable documents are supplied, the final review and submission appointment may reasonably be targeted within 14 days. This is a preparation and submission target, not a guaranteed completion date. Missing or complex records may require more time. ICA processing begins only after submission and follows ICA's own timeframe.

ICA decisions

No statement on this website, during a consultation or while providing the service guarantees that ICA will accept an application, a particular processing time, or any approval or immigration outcome. ICA may request further information and may change its requirements, processes or fees.

Reapplication preparation warranty

Eligible clients receive the 3-Year Reapplication Preparation Warranty. It covers eligible preparation services only and does not guarantee an ICA outcome.

Cancellation, refunds, pauses and termination

If you wish to cancel, contact Alvin promptly. Any refund of the first S$298 will be assessed reasonably by reference to work already completed, non-recoverable costs and applicable law. The second S$298 is not due if the ICA application is not submitted.

Preparation may be paused while required information, usable documents or client instructions are outstanding. Apply Singapore PR LLP may end the engagement for non-payment, abusive conduct, unlawful instructions or suspected false or misleading material. You will be informed if an engagement is paused or ended.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Singapore law.

Written scope confirmation

These public terms and the written scope confirmation sent before payment govern the engagement. Any special term that changes these public terms must be agreed in writing before paid work begins.
