Why I started this business

I built the service I once wished I could afford and trust.
I moved to Singapore at five, became a PR with my family at 14 and served National Service. When I later applied for Citizenship, I could not afford the consultancy fees—and I could not tell who would remain responsible for my application after payment. So I prepared it myself.
That experience shaped one promise: you always know who is preparing your application, what has been checked and what happens next.

The personal journey behind the service
Founder-led · Established 2019
Family
National Service · 2017–2019
I was born in Hong Kong to a Hong Kong mother and Malaysian father, held a Malaysian passport, and moved to Singapore with my family when I was five. I grew up and completed my education here, became a Permanent Resident with my family at 14, and later served National Service from 2017 to 2019.
When I wanted to apply for Singapore Citizenship, the consultancies I approached quoted fees of around S$5,000. I could not afford that at the time—and I was uncomfortable not knowing who would actually prepare my application or remain responsible after payment.
I prepared my own Citizenship application instead and became a Singapore Citizen. Friends and family then began asking me to help with their PR and Citizenship applications because they trusted me to take responsibility for the work and see it through with them.
That trust led me to establish Apply Singapore PR LLP in 2019. Today, every client works directly with me. You know who is preparing your application, what the process includes and what you are paying at each stage.
“You always know who is responsible for your application—and what happens next.”

More questions before you decide
Yes. The same S$298 + S$298 service structure applies to Singapore PR and Citizenship applications.
It covers the structured preparation workflow, information and document review, missing-item guidance, case-specific supporting-document coordination, application preparation and the final guided review and submission. Eligible family members in the same application are included.
That is exactly where the service begins. Alvin reviews what you have, shows you what is missing or inconsistent, and gives you a clear next-action checklist so scattered records become an organised submission plan.
When the required information and usable documents are already on hand, the final review and submission appointment can reasonably be targeted within 14 days. Missing or complex records may take longer. ICA processing begins only after submission and is separate.
No. The S$596 professional service fee does not depend on or require any financial-product purchase.
Alvin focuses on the parts that can be prepared and checked: your information, documents, consistency, ICA draft, uploads and final review. ICA independently assesses and decides every application.
