How We Prepare and Submit Together
Alvin Foo personally prepares and reviews your application with his JARVIS AI employee team, drawing on real approved-case experience since 2019.
1. Ask your questions
Tell Alvin whether you want PR or Citizenship, alone or with family. The initial consultation is free; you do not need an organised document folder.
2. Alvin prepares your application
S$298 starts preparation. Alvin organises your documents, prepares the details and personally checks the work. You review it together and work through any missing information before the submission appointment.
3. Review and submit together
At your submission appointment, check the ICA fields, declarations and uploads with Alvin through your own account. You authorise the final submission; the second S$298 is due only on actual ICA submission.
PR or Citizenship; individual or family, the same S$596 nett fee covers the whole engagement. ICA and separately agreed third party fees are separate.
You retain control of your own Singpass, passwords, OTPs, declarations and final submission.
Start by WhatsApp or call. You do not need your documents organised before asking a question.

I Know What This Application Can Mean to a Family

Personally preparing applications and guiding submission since 2019.
After preparing my own Citizenship application, I began helping friends and family with theirs. I built the service around clear fees and direct responsibility from preparation through submission.
Since 2019, I have personally prepared client applications and guided submission, including cases approved by ICA. That experience informs the questions I ask, the documents I check and the preparation I do with you. You work directly with me throughout.

My preparation experience comes from real applications I have personally handled since 2019, including clients who received ICA approval. Reviewing approved and unsuccessful applications helps me ask useful questions and identify the documents and details that need attention.
I was born in Hong Kong to a Hong Kong mother and Malaysian father, held a Malaysian passport, and moved to Singapore with my family when I was five. I grew up and studied in Singapore, became a Permanent Resident with my family at 14, and later served National Service from 2017 to 2019.
When I applied for Singapore Citizenship, consultancy fees of around S$5,000 were beyond what I could afford. I also wanted to know who would prepare my application and remain responsible after payment. Those questions later shaped my own service: clear fees and direct responsibility.
I prepared my own Citizenship application instead and became a Singapore Citizen. Friends and family then began asking me to help with their PR and Citizenship applications because they trusted me to take responsibility for the work and see it through with them.
The business was first registered in 2019 as a digital marketing agency and later became Apply Singapore PR LLP. Today, every client works directly with me. You know who is preparing your application, what the process includes and what you are paying at each stage.
Today, my JARVIS AI employee team helps me organise your documents, prepare drafts and track missing information. I personally check the work against your records and explain the next step.
“You meet me, work with me and review your application with me before you submit. You know who is responsible for your preparation and what happens next.”
Explore PR benefits and responsibilities
What can change when you become a Singapore PR?
More Freedom to Work. More Room to Plan.
Your next job. Your family’s needs. The place you hope to call home. If you are building your life in Singapore, PR can make a practical difference to the choices ahead of you.
These benefits relate to holding PR status, after ICA’s conditions and formalities are completed, not simply receiving in-principle approval.

What changes with PR status
More freedom in your career
Consider your next career move without needing a new EP or S Pass. As a PR, you can work in Singapore without an employer-sponsored work pass.
Professional registration still applies where required.

In eligible employment, your employer contributes to CPF alongside you, helping you build savings for longer-term needs.
Graduated rates generally apply in your first two PR years. Rates depend on age and wages; your employee contribution affects take-home pay.

Eligible PRs can receive public healthcare subsidies, providing support with qualifying care costs.
Subsidies depend on the service, ward and applicable means-testing. PR and citizen subsidy levels differ.

Schooling, a home, family sponsorship and citizenship have their own eligibility rules and application timelines.

Children who hold PR can join the main Primary 1 registration phases, before the international-student phase. Citizens have priority; available places, eligible phases and balloting rules apply. The child must hold PR, not just a parent.

Eligible adults aged 21 and above may apply for Singapore citizenship after at least two years as a PR. This is an opportunity to apply, with each application independently assessed and decided by ICA.

Review what has changed before applying again
Bring your earlier submission and current records. Alvin helps you review what has changed, identify missing documents and work out what needs attention before preparing another application. The review focuses on your current circumstances and what your documents support.
- Previous information. What did you actually submit?
- Verified changes. What is different, and which current records confirm it?
- Next action. What do you need to confirm or obtain before the next review?
After the final review and submission
Keep your ICA acknowledgement and the submitted information for your records. If ICA asks for further information or your circumstances change, contact Alvin with the relevant request so you can confirm the next step and whether the work falls within your accepted scope. Any additional work should be agreed before proceeding.
Check your application status through ICA's official process. ICA controls processing and decisions; reapplication preparation follows the applicable warranty terms.
