3-Year Reapplication Preparation Warranty

What this warranty covers

If another eligible Singapore PR or Citizenship application is needed, Apply Singapore PR LLP will provide eligible reapplication preparation during the warranty period without an additional professional service charge.

The preparation benefit covers the applicable core workflow described in the Service Terms, including updated information and document review, missing-item guidance, application preparation and final guided review.

This is a preparation-service warranty. It is not an approval warranty and does not guarantee any ICA outcome.

Warranty period

The three-year period begins on the date the initial ICA application is submitted and ends on the third anniversary of that date. Your request must reach Apply Singapore PR LLP before the period ends. Once a timely eligible request is accepted, the preparation may be completed after the anniversary if you continue to provide the required information and documents promptly.

Conditions

• The initial application must have been submitted under an engagement carrying this warranty.
• The professional fees due for the initial engagement must have been paid.
• The reapplication must be for the same application type and the same applicant or applicants identified in the original written scope confirmation. The warranty is not transferable.
• The client must contact Apply Singapore PR LLP during the warranty period.
• Updated, truthful and complete information and usable documents must be supplied.
• The client must review every declaration and retain control of the client's own ICA account, Singpass password, OTP and final submission.

No fixed numerical limit

There is no fixed numerical limit on eligible reapplication- preparation requests received within the three-year period. Each request remains subject to these conditions, ICA's applicable process and reasonable preparation time. This does not mean repeated applications are advisable, that ICA will accept them, or that an application will be approved.

What is not covered

• New applicants or a different application type.
• Work outside the application-preparation scope.
• False, misleading, incomplete or unlawfully obtained material.
• ICA processing fees and other third-party costs.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Singapore law.

Costs not included

ICA processing fees and other third-party costs remain separately payable for every application or submission. The warranty does not convert those costs into an obligation of Apply Singapore PR LLP.

ICA remains independent

ICA independently sets its requirements, assesses every application and decides every outcome. Apply Singapore PR LLP is not affiliated with or endorsed by ICA or the Government of Singapore.
